Still feels the same

As time goes by, some things doesn't change much. I still feels the same way each time I'm flying off. A longing, loneliness mixed with anticipation.

Missing all the things, people I love, missing out on the things I love.

Changes to Make

There is one or 2 major changes in the family. Some already happened this month, some going to happen in the upcoming year. This mean perhaps for this period, I am going to be more on myself. Not that I'm not on my own previously, we don't really ask about each other businesses, just that I can use some advise when needed. It's a step forward in the life of all the members.

As much as I am concern, it means no moving out of the country and responsibilities of the well-being of the parents. Not too big deal for the next few years, as I think I'm only in my development path in my career.

The next thing... ...to make myself even more comfy at home. Got to think of all the things to make my room "more me".

Handsome Trio from Notre Dame de Paris

I have seen them in costume. It's pretty refreshing to see them in suits and handsomely dressed in normal clothes. Especially the performer playing Quasimodo, where he has to play the hunchback.

And there's Celine Dion in the video. She looks amusing in it. Stunning too of course.

Le Temps des cathédrales

This is the title of the opening song for Notre Dame de Paris. It describes a love tragedy and obsession of Man.

Watched it last night and was glad I decided not to give it a miss. Was thinking of that cause I don't understand French.

In the end, though there is English subtitles, I can't be bothered with it after some time through the musical. I rather enjoy the stage - songs and performers. The dancers, I must say, are experts. Really love their dances.

The idea of using a wall backdrop is indeed ingenious. Reduces props movement and gives a very strong scene setup for each part of the musical when work together with the lightings.

Some of the acts are good in the sense that really portray the emotional state the characters are going through. One of them I remembered vividly is Phoebus being torn between 2 women and he himself is confused and taken by obsession.

Notre Dame de Paris is a great performance. Watching such a marvelous musical is a good way to relax at the end of the week. I had a surprise too bumping into one other friend. Enjoyed this Friday night thoroughly. It's been a long time since I feel so relax out on a Friday night.
